Visualising Maritime Melbourne is a documentary photographic collection of works that capture the last of the sustainable Port Phillip fisheries industry - from boat to wholesale seafood market, and to the plates of The Atlantic, Hazel and Bacash restaurants. This collaborative project was led by independent maritime curator Valentine Bydonva with works produced by photographers Daniel Walton, Karmen Gibson, and James Moore.
